1- Happy Meals Toys:
SF board of supervisors passed an ordinance to ban or limit on Happy Meal toys fast food, who use toys and other kid-oriented incentives to entice children to eat fast food.


2- Use of Plastic Bags:
Use of plastic bags are not allowed in San Francisco and are replaced by bags made from recycled paper.


3- Use of Bottles for Water:
San Francisco issued a ban to outlaw the use of bottled water in its city departments - even in water coolers.


4- Smoking:
San Francisco issued an Ordinance of Prohibiting Smoking in Enclosed Areas.


5- Pet Babies :
San Francisco Animal Control and Welfare Commission issued a citywide ban on goldfish, guppy, and other baby animals to prevent them from “impulse buys,” which many times leads to the animals being left at shelters or dropped off in the wild.


6- Segways:
San Francisco City Council has voted to immediately ban the new sport of Segway Jousting.


7- Soda Drinks:
An executive order was issued to ban sugary drinks from city vending machines and replace them with more healthy drinks in San Francisco.


8- Traveling to Arizona:
Mayor Gavin Newsom announced a banned on city workers for traveling to Arizona for official business after the state enacted a draconian immigration law.


9- Use of Firearms In Advertisements:
San Francisco issued another law against showing firearms on posters or movies or in any advertisements.


10- Sitting on Sidewalk:
City government issued another new ban on sitting and lying on the sidewalk.
